Olympic Games short story

-          Hello to everybody, Cody Brown retransmitting with is partner and friend Gary McLayer.

-          Hello Cody. Today is THE DAY, the Olympic Games Africa 2020 it´s the first time that Africa participates in the Olympics.

-          Yes Gary, 4 years before, Africa sent the ‘Man on wheels’: Menelik Barju, to Brasil´s Olympic Games and He got the record, the podium and the gold medal in the relay challenge.

-          Today Africa don´t send any representation, but this record is here and it seems a difficult challenge for all the competitors. Only one man has the hope of everybody, Blade Radcliff the Black American Man, he was the champion of the 100 meter dash in United States. He is a very fast man and he is the hope of his team.

-          I must tell you something Gary. Advertisers must be proud of this man, he promoted the sneakers of Nike and they were a success in sales.

-          Yes Cody, advertisers are hunting favorites in the competition. In the other hand, on the weightlifting challenge there are many favorites to win. Chinese, American, Russian… But who has got the big group of fans in the terraces is Spain.

-          Yeah, it´s something strange, normally Spain isn´t the favorite in this kind of competition.

-          This year, white man are outstanding in this kind of challenge, always black people are the favorite in weightlifting.

-          And United States sent white people, it´s strange too.

-          Look at this Cody, in that chair, the president of the Olympic Games, Jacques Rogge. And there is the moment, the turn on of the Olympic Torch; this is a special moment Cody…

-          Oh, look, here. The new pet of the Olympic Games. THE LOBSTER JAKE! The ‘Red Passion’ here, everybody wants a photo with this funny pet and one of his juices. This animal will make a lot of money here Gary.
